Book Recommendations
As a huge advocate for work/life balance, I throughly enjoy reading in my free time. I typically am reading a physical book, listening to an audiobook, and reading an ebook. Although there are many books and genres that I have yet to explore since picking up reading again in 2023, I want to share and continue to add to a list of recommendations of books that I have read related to the work that I do as a therapist and topics that I am passionate about. (PS: I enjoy reading about advocacy/mental health as much as I enjoy reading thriller/romantic fantasy but will focus on the former in this blog)
