Life has been an uphill battle. You have to be the strong person ALL. THE. TIME. and it is just getting to be too much. The feelings are becoming so overwhelming that the tears and the racing thoughts won't stop. Some days, tasks like getting out of bed or brushing your teeth feels daunting. You've been pushed to your breaking point and you're feeling like no one understands what you go through EVERY. DAMN. DAY.

Having the space to process your thoughts, feelings, and emotions is a necessity at this point. You're craving a space to be able to slow down and feel those feelings in a safe place. This is going to be tough AND you are here because you found the strength to take the first steps. Your wellness is worth it. YOU are worth it.

If any of this speaks to you, I truly hear you and I see you. (P.S. As someone living with a spicy brain, I get it and understand life can be frickin hard!) Through the tears, laughter, real talk, and hard work, we will go on this journey together.

Wisconsin Land Acknowledgement

Wildflower Mental Wellness operates on the stolen land of the Myaamia, Kiikaapoi, Peoria, Očhéthi Šakówiŋ, and Hoocąk people

Every community's vitality and existence are indebted to generations worldwide who poured their aspirations and vitality into crafting the narrative that led to where we are in the current day. Some arrived unwillingly, others sought refuge in the promise of a brighter future, and still others have roots stretching back countless generations on this soil. Recognizing and embracing truth is pivotal in fostering mutual respect and bridging divides of heritage and diversity. Our journey to acknowledge buried truths commences with honoring honesty. We honor elders—past, present, and future. Take a moment to reflect on the extensive violence, displacement, migration, and settlement that unite us today and listen to First Nations’ voices.
